Bookings

Please book early. Transportations & Accommodations are always on a first come, first served basis.

 

Tour Prices

Prices displayed are current at the time of publication. They are, however, subject to change without notice due to increase in airfares, other transport costs, Accommodation Rates, Exchange Rates, Government Taxes, etc. Tours and event tickets are subject to availability.

 

Changes To Tour Prices and Itinerary

Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd may without notice change the prices of tours, packages and/or other products and services due to external factors, though this is not normally anticipated.

Also it is possible that dates / tours or itinerary may differ slightly or even be cancelled after a booking has been accepted due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will endeavour to minimise inconvenience to our guests by replacing or substituting a similar product or service in its place.

Possible Changes

Airline schedules and local conditions may require sightseeing, hotels and routings to be changed. Should this occur, Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd will, wherever possible, substitute a suitable arrangement of a similar value.

 

Tour Prices Exclude

Unless stated otherwise, prices quoted do not include cost of passport, visas where required, gratuities to your Tour Manager and coach driver, airport taxes where applicable, laundry, telephone call, food and beverages, item charges of a personal nature, and / or items specified in the itinerary as "optional "

 

Deposit & Payment

Upon receipt of your reservation, Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd will send our bank account details to you by fax or e-mail for convenient payment. Upon the receipt of our account details, please remit a booking deposit of 50% of the total package cost into our account. The next 30% payment is due on receipt of our advice of booking confirmation. The remaining 20% balance must be paid 15 days prior to arrival. In any case, if booking or reservation is made less than 15 days prior to arrival, the total payment is due upon booking or reservation.

Failure to comply with this requirement may result in an automatic cancellation of your reservation and a cancellation fee is chargeable at 20% of the total charge or USD50 whichever is higher.  Also, in cases of cancellation of third party products and services, any charges incurred by Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd to the said party as a result of such cancellation will be added to the cancellation fee as mentioned. The balance of your payment made will then be refunded by the most appropriate means available.

We will acknowledge receipt of your payment and confirm acceptance of your reservation as soon as possible. Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd is not obliged to accept a reservation and no contract exists until Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd has received the full payment due and has acknowledged as such.

 

Travel Documents and VISAs

Please be advised that it is the travellers' responsibility to ensure that their travel documents and necessary visas are in order.

The Company will wherever possible assist you to obtain the necessary visa or other permits as required. Service charges and visa fees may be levied and will be charged to the travellerís account. The Company will not be held responsible or liable for any expenses or losses, if any travellers are refused entry, transit or travel by any government authorities of any country for whatever reasons, including lack of the necessary visas or other travel requirements.

Reimbursement or refund of the above charges will be subject to charges and expenses incurred by Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd in securing the services and/or documents required.

Please submit to Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd a complete name list of participants no less than 21 days prior to commencement of packages. Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd will not guarantee confirmation of packages or services when the above is not complied with.

 

Refund of Unutilised Service

No refunds or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services, which are included in the tour charges but not utilized by the client.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All Cancellations and requests for refund must be in writing.

In the event of cancellation of booking, notice in writing must be received by us no less than 21 days before arrival. Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd will provide refunds only to the extent that refunds are available to Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd. Please note that cancellation of a confirmed booking will attract an administrative fee of 20% of total cost or USD50 whichever is higher. Additionally, in cases of cancellation of third party products and services, any charges incurred by Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd to the said party as a result of such cancellation will be added to the cancellation fee as mentioned. The balance of your payment if any, will then be refunded by the most appropriate means available.

You are therefore kindly requested to ensure that everything is in order before transferring your payment to our account.

 

Insurance

We strongly recommend all tour participants to purchase worldwide travel or personal insurance where applicable for all trips and activities.

 

Right To Reject

Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any services arranged for the client if the client is known to be engaged in any illegal activities during the course of the trip or utilising our products and/or services for any illegal activities. In such cases Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd reserves the right to withhold and/or terminate further services and cooperation and shall not entertain any claim for any refund or reimbursement.

Also, Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd reserves the right to refuse, cancel or withdraw any itinerary, or any booking made if we have reason to believe that such person may appear likely to jeopardize the health, safety or impair the comfort and enjoyment of others. Further, Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd reserves the right to withhold or cancel any reservation to any person, if for any reason, any carrier, hotel or other contractor refuses to accept that person as their guest or to participate in any tours and/or programmes. In such cases Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd will not refund to the client any money paid.

Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd reserves the right to require any person to withdraw from the tour program if it is deemed that his action or conduct is offensive to or incompatible with the comfort of other clients and Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd shall be under no further liability.

Without prejudice, Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel any reservations and will remit a full refund to the cancelled party subject to the deductions applicable as mentioned under Cancellation and Refund Policy.

 

Responsibility

Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd and its associated agents act only as agents for the client and the transportation companies, accommodation companies, entertainment and meal suppliers and other principals involved in any tour. All tickets, vouchers and documents are issued subject to the terms, conditions and contracts under which such transportation and services are provided. Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd and its agents and representatives are not responsible and expressly disclaim any liability for any injury, damages, loss, delay, accident or irregularities that may be caused to persons or properties and all bookings are subject to the usual terms, conditions and contract of the owner or operator of the services involved.

Transportation companies or firms shall be exempted from all liabilities in respect of any detention, delay, loss, danger, sickness, or injury, however caused and of whatever kind occurring at any time when the passenger is not on board a carrier or conveyance used or operated by the transportation companies or firms. Without prejudice, Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd will advise and if needed, assist our guests with regards to any claims or complaints against any party involved in their tour.

Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events which are beyond its control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on its part including but not limited to war, terrorist activities, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of god, acts of government or of any authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.

This company, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional, unintentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers. Your acceptance of our services and/or products as stated in our brochures, tickets, vouchers and/or booking notes issued shall constitute consent to the above specifically and to these Terms and Conditions generally, as well as an agreement on your part to convey the same to your travel companions and/or group members.

The Client, by engaging the company and making deposit and/ or full payment for the package arrangements specified, acknowledges the position of the company as stipulated by these Terms and Conditions and agrees to hold the company blameless in making the arrangements on his behalf, provided same shall be made through generally acceptable suppliers at the time of engagement, and further agrees that restitution of damages, if any are claimed, shall be sought directly from the suppliers. The client also agrees to the terms and conditions of the tour and services as set forth by the suppliers.

Payments made, whether partial or full shall constitute agreement and acceptance of all provisions stated herein.

 

Laws of Malaysia Shall Prevail
Clients making orders to or entering into transactions with Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd do so with the understanding and acceptance that the Laws of Malaysia shall prevail over such orders or transactions and that Legal Domicile shall always be Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

 

Grievances

All complaints and claims against Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd must be made in writing within 30 days after the completion of the tour. All disputes if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian Court of Law.

 

Travel Agents

Bona Fide Travel Agents and Destination Management Companies affiliated with us shall always enjoy preferred rates on all products.

 

Use Of Our Services

The use of this web site, its contents and our services including all orders made shall constitute agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

 

All terms and conditions mentioned above shall not be altered or waived except in writing by the Managing Director of Amber Regency Travel Sdn Bhd.
